Well, the guys played about an hr & a half. In not particular order:
BEEN AROUND (opened with that, I remember) 7 DAYS ST CAJETAN (encore) MATCHSTICKMEN LOW (encore) GET OF THIS (I think last of 1st set) JOHNNY BLUES TEEN ANGST ...CIRCUS HOLD OF MYSELF USELESS STUFF ET GIRL SWEET THISTLE PIE SHINER SONG THE WORLD IS MINE I RIDE MY BIKE
A few points of interest: It was the basic set they've been doing this summer. Of course it's great because it's Cracker, BUT they have sooo many other great songs.
David disappointed me at one point. He said he noticed the large amount of couples & wass going to play a waltz for them. I was sooooo ready to hear THE SAD LOVER'S WALTZ, but he played CIRCUS.
USELESS STUFF was an extra edgy performance of that one. Afterwards he said "That was weird, even by Cracker standards." :) On MATCHSTICKMEN right before the last chorus he broke the strings on his guitar. It just went dead in there for about 20 sec while the sound guy brought him another one, & resumed right back in the same spot. That was real cool.
Atlanta is a HOT city, everyone should go to Peachtree St one day before they die!!! Excellent show, great night. SOuthern hospitality has in full effect at the show too. Me & my friend met a lot of extremely nice people there. Also got 2 new shirts. Both are white. One is the "flying cat" other is the yellow box that was on the cd case, with GB, & the UPC code on it. Also at the bar they had Cracker beer coasters, & I got a sh*tload of them.
