Pete Droge opened--he was great--ya'll should check him out if you haven't yet. Charlie Q. Was there and played on "Big Dipper" very
different version. Shitty club but fun show anyway. David said that he was burned out and his throat hurt and Johnny did
Sick of Myself (editorial note... probably means Hold of Myself) from new cd. Cool Song--also Lonesome J. Blues and lots of
new songs Circus, Good Life, etc. The band hung around after the show out front with some fans By the truck. I heard David
was going to LA to do more studio work with the Counting Crows.

as soon as the show started a sweet smell eminated from the front
row, the boys knew what was up. They went on to play one of the best
shows ever. I was lucky enough to see Cracker the night before to see
Cracker @ Bumbershoot in Seattle. What a treat!
