I went to the show in Peoria last night. The band was in excellent form, playing pretty much the same set list as the Metro
show Friday, only shorter. No Kerosene Hat, I don't think they played Mr. Wrong (at least I don't remember hearing it). I
was talking to some people who saw the Metro show and they said there the band played for two hours. They probably would've
played that long last night if it hadn't been for the young rowdies moshing about 3 to 4 heads back from the stage. I would
have expected this at a 311 or an Urge show, but Cracker??? Give me a break!!! After aprox. an hour and twenty min. Dave
told the crowd good night and they walked off. When they came back for an encore he said you may have noticed there are two
of our hits songs we haven't played, then launched into "I Hate My Generation". At one point during the song, some crowd
surfers were getting to close to the stage, so Dave slams the main mike stand to the ground and walks over to Johnny's mike
on the crowd's left. While playing out the song a roadie came on stage and fixed the mike. Then the band played the last
song of the evening, "Low".
Johnny Hickman was wearing a purple Sparklehorse T-shirt. At one point during the show, somebody threw a joint on stage.
Dave picked it up and said "Is this a Marijuana cigarette", at which point Johnny says "As Keith Richards once said as
someone threw him a joint on stage, 'If it isn't good enough for you, it certainly isn't good enough for me.' "
